Pottery Barn Design Services Appointment App & Marketing
Powered by the SaaS solution Brickworks, I designed a custom experience and interface for Pottery Barn that allowed customers to learn about the free design services offered by Pottery Barn and the larger Williams-Sonoma Family of Brands. This app allowed customers to make appointments with associates for any number of these services. The final product focused on how to bridge the gap between the digital and physical world, helping to convert the online shopper who follows up in-store into a buyer, not just a browser.
